Here's a garuntee or your money back: I had a better break & New Years eve/day than you did. Among various activities I took part in over the two week break, the best was a trip to the U-District with Kaydria & Amara last Thursday. During this Kaydria played Deathcab for Cutie loud as the speakers would go to see how many people gravitated towards the car & we saw a liscense plate that said "GRFYNDR". Along with this, I spent the majority of the time with Amara, repeatedly made chocolate-banana smoothies & suffered a case of rugburn.

On Saturday my mother took me to Covington around 3pm so I could spend the evening with Shanay. We went to the movie & video game stores to collect entertainment for the evening. Upon our return around 6pm, we somehow convinced Alex to drive from Yakima to spend the evening with us. While waiting for him, she & I watched Julien Donkey-Boy & ate otterpops. He popped into her bedroom around 11pm & we watched the remainig piece of the movie. At the year's turn we were standing in her street watching her neighbors light off fireworks. We then went to Shari's & returned to her house to watch 2001: A Space Oddysey. At intermission, we went to play video games & decided to sleep after the Jupiter transition.

No one actually went to sleep, but instead just randomly burst into conversation every half an hour or so. At 7am, Shanay got slightly upset with Alex & I causing her to go sleep in another room & her mother asking us to leave around 8am. We parked by the Arby's in Kent to formulate a plan & decided to take a trip to Seattle. After finally navigating our way through the mislabeled streets up by broadway, he pulled into Jack n' the Box & ate. Following this we took a stroll up & down Broadway making comments regarding people's beards & the feelings of the homeless people who had to camp outside of Urban Outfitters. The two of us then tried to track down some of his friends who live in the buildings around 13th & Pine. Unfortunately we couldn't so we went back to his car & napped for half an hour or so.

Around 11am, he drove me back to Federal Way while I faded in out of sleep on I-5. Once we returned to my house, we took a nap & worked out whatever ailed us (see: hurling). He left at roughly 1pm & proceeded to get himself lost & in Olympia. During this, I was at home working on math & that Slaughterhaus 5 paper. I fell asleep around 3pm, woke up at 4:30pm, showered, ate, cleaned & went back to sleep at 9pm. I slept until noon.
